
PHYSICAL EDUCATION 10

This course provides a self-directed learning opportunity in which students plan, develop, and track personalized fitness and activity goals.
Students will participate in all five dimensions of Physical Education: Individual, Games, Dance, Gymnastics, and Alternative Environment. They will choose the activities that they enjoy and record those activities in a logbook.
A total of 50 hours will be needed for 3 credits, 70 hours for 4 credits or90 hours for 5 credits. Students can also complete additional assignments to receive credit for HSS1010.
